Captain Bill has been boating since 1973, making him a member of the boating community for over 34 years.  He has sailing experience varying between the Great Lakes and the Caribbean.

Captn Bill currently holds his USCG OUPV 6-Pack Captain's license. Bill is a also a member of the American Sailing Association with numerous ASA certifications including the ASA 101 (Barefoot Chartering) and ASA 105 (Coastal Navigation) certifications. He has been certified by the American Red Cross for standard first aid and Adult CPR/AED.
